With over 35 years in the business, Jerry has extensive knowledge of the everchanging landscape of sophisticated insurance products used to address such needs as Business Succession Planning (ex. Buy-Sell, Key Person) Non-Qualified Benefit Plans (ex. SERP, Split Dollar, Restricted Bonus), and Estate Liquidity Planning. He also stays current with Long Term Care and Annuity planning concepts as well as the products to fund these needs.
He works closely with clients and their professional advisors to develop an insurance solution to meet the need that has been articulated. Jerry also maintains close relationships to insurance carrier advanced planning attorneys and underwriters who are often instrumental in the policy issue process.
Jerry received his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation in 1990 and his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation in 1991. He is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and holds numerous securities licenses.
Jerry is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Connecticut College and did his graduate work at Ohio State University. He is Past President of the RI Chapter of Financial Service Professionals.
In his free time, Jerry enjoys swimming, hiking, bicycling and playing pickleball.
